Who is eligible for the programme?

To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be a resident (of any nationality) in the United Arab Emirates.
  • Must not currently own any freehold residential property in Dubai.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Seeks a property which is below AED 5 million in value.
